Religion Today - Rachel Webb 3rd Pd

In this video/article, Carol Costello talked about marriage with a group of journalism students from her alma mater, Kent State University. They came to her for career advice, which she gave them, but she also picked their brains about politics, religion and marriage. Their views on marriage intrigued her the most. They don't care what older generations may think they'll get married if and when they want. This reminds me of when we were learning about the different religions in America throughout time. When America was first inhabited by the Europeans, they brought their religions over. Those changed dramatically over the centuries, with outliers such as Deism and the false gospel of the "White Man's Christianity" of the slave days. What all religions do have in common, however, is structure. This generation lacks structure,

  1. Religious values have changed dramatically since the colonial eras and there is more religious diversity in America no as well.
