Hilary Clinton has made quite a name for herself in politics dating all the way back to 2007. Obama said himself that she has been a great Secretary of State and would be an excellent President of the United States. Clinton said that there is no better timing to be born in this time for women than right now. She is excited about her campaign and doesn't show any fear. A poll says that 3 quarters of the nation hopes to see a women as their president but whether that actually happens is up to the number of ballots.
I think its amazing what Clinton is doing for out country and I'm not just saying that because I am a female as well. She is truly making a name for herself in politics and although she hasn't succeeded totally in the past, she isn't giving up and she wants it more for her country than herself. She wants her country to experience a different gender as president to sort of break the ice. Gender inequality dates back to the 1950s and the 1960s and hopefully Clinton can make it all equal.

This is, interesting... I can see how Clinton could promote the feminist movement, but I have to disagree in the fact that gender inequality dates back quite a bit further
ReplyDeleteI think she has a very strong chance in this election. It will be interesting to see where her campaign goes over this next year. As a candidate or not Clinton has dedicated her life to politics and helping others.
