Trump administration prepares to tighten Cuba trade embargo - Dillon Quicksall

The Trump administration is tightening and regulating trade with Cuba, further strengtening the already-strong embargo that has been place upon it. He intends to do this by allowing a specific clause of the Helms-Burton act to exists, which will allow for lawsuits against Cuban trade to commence, which could have unintended consequences on the Cuban economy.
I find this whole situation to be somewhat ironic, seeing how, at one point in U.S. history, the U.S. had a very good relationship with Cuba, so much so to the point in which they would go to war with Spain over Cuba, or at least use them as a justifying means.
