Indianapolis children’s museum removed Micheal Jackson’s hat and gloves but kill keep some photos - Joziah German

The world’s largest children’s museum is removing three Michael Jackson artifacts from display, only keeping some photos of the King of Pop to honor young AIDS patients. The museum said they are removing Jackson’s fedora and white gloves. They said we will never listen to Michael Jackson’s music the same. The museum said they are very sensitive about their audience, and after the HBO documentary ‘Leaving Neverland’ was released involving Micheals abuse against children, they are considering what to do next in this process. The museums not sure if they will end up putting the artifacts back on display for the future. The museum will keep the photos and autographs of Jackson in the Ryan White exhibit. Ryan White received HIV from a blood treatment. People feared he would get their children sick. Micheal was a big part in whites life so the exhibit was displayed exactly how Whites room was. Ryan’s family found Michael very kind and were fond of him when the met him personally. The documentary “Leaving Neverland” recieved serious backlash against Jackson. James Safechuck and Wade Robson came out and said Michael sexually abused them as children. Michael’s family is calling the documentary a lie and that when Michael was alive the two men claimed Michael never molested them.

This article created by Elliott C. McLaughlin published Sun, March 17th was documented a couple weeks after this whole dispute began. This article has a negative impact on Michael Jackson supporters because it is describing all the heat the king of pop is receiving. Prior to this article, I already knew about these allegations and sorts with Michael Jackson. Wade Robson, one of the guys who came out about Jackson molesting him, is a dancer and choreographer still. I have been lucky enough to take his class a lot, and have learned so much from him. He is technically an icon in the dance industry. All the dancers in the world are backing him up. Wade is a good man, and he deserved to be heard. This whole incident with Michael Jackson reminds me for some reason of when children were forced to work in factories. They were abused just like these men were as children. Both the dancers and the child workers had to work, they were treated poorly, and when people asked about it, they said nothing was wrong because they didn’t want to get in trouble. They were just trying to help their gal families. The audience was mostly definitely for people to hear what is going on right now with the King of Pop, and the hidden secrets emerging about what he did to kids. The purpose and importance of this article is to point of that Michael Jackson, an icon, a person people aspired to be, a God, had dark secrets of abusing children. People aren’t always what they seem. It’s important that people understand some of the things going on with Jackson, and they learned what went on with him to receive this hate.

  1. To me taking a few artifacts out of a museum is just going to anger people. It’s not going to change the way Years and years of people think about Micheal. There is nothing we can do now but I am sorry if something serious actually happened to illegate victims.
