Maggie Gibson Space Station Crew Returns to Earth Safely on Soyuz Capsule

Three space fliers have safely touched down on Earth after almost spending almost 6 months on the International Space Station. The landing was perfect, and one of those monitoring the said it was "some of the most spectacular video we've ever seen," of the Soyuz's capsule landing. Command of the space station was transferred to Peggy Whitson, making her the first woman to command the space station twice. The new Soyuz capsule can reach the station in six hours, unlike the two-day trip on their spacecraft last year. New advances continue to grow, with astronauts performing spacewalks to prepare the space station to allow commercial vehicles dock with the space station.
This article was very informative about the new technological advances going on in space. It makes me sad to say how much of space we don't hear about anymore because we're so used to the ongoing technological advances. I think it's important that we realize all the amazing things that we can do as a human race. This can be synthesized to Neil Armstrong landing on the moon in 1969.

  1. I really like your synthesis and agree with the fact that we should hear more about current advances regarding space!
