Summary:
The police have just released that a Judge, who was involved in many important cases, has been shot and killed outside of his home in Chicago, Illinois. Judge Raymond Miles of Cook County, only 66 years old, was shot along with a 52 year old associate. Although the Judge's wounds were fatal, she is expected to survive. He was involved in the case against William Balfour- who was accused of killing Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother, and nephew. The police are still trying to figure out of his involvement in these cases made him a target. They are also offering a $25,000 reward for anyone with information on who the killer is.
Analysis:
I think that people who are involved in murder cases need to be extremely careful and on guard for anyone around them that might be suspicious. People can hire killers to get rid of people who might put away (in jail) someone they know.
