Isabella Bruner-Delta tries to 'normalize' as flight cancellations continue

Analysis:
On Sunday, more than 130 flights had to be cancelled due to weather storms. Delta is trying to return back to normal, but is having some difficulty. A statement from Delta said more cancellations are 'possible' and the 'availability of flight crews to operate within federally mandated crew rest and duty day guidelines'. If you think Sunday was bad, on Saturday they had to cancel 3,275 flights after a powerful mid-week storms, during one of the most busiest travel weeks of the year. the weather torn up the mid-Atlantic region, Northwest, and Georgia , causing tornado like symptoms.

  1. The cancelled flights probably caused major frustration and anxiety for those involved, though it also shows how much we rely on technology and others to live our lives. This lets us be more grateful when technology is functioning correctly and we get to where we need to be.

  2. I'm really surprised about this. I thought they would be able to make planes that couple deal with flying through storms.
