Synopsis: Last summer the FBI was able to get a warrant to monitor the communications of one of Trump's advisers at the time, Carter Page. He was under investigation for suspicion that he used his position as a member of Trump's foreign policy team to leak information to Russia. There is no information currently on whether or not the investigation yielded any useful information, but Page is denying any ties to the Russian government or it's people.
Analysis: This is just one more incident that connects Trump and his people to inappropriate actions with Russia. It's getting tiring waiting for an investigation to yield any sort of result. There are only two ways this case in particular can shake out. Either they find evidence showing Page was committing treason, which will cause outrage or chaos, or they find no evidence and the warrant issued for the monitoring was uncalled for, which will cause outrage and chaos. There's no way we win. How peachy.
Synthesis: This synthesizes to the investigations that are currently underway into whether Russia tampered with the election and it's results. If either of these yield results of what they are being accused of, they will shine a light on the validity of Trump's presidency. The near future should be interesting.

This is interesting! Trump is not as honest as he should be, but in history, many of our presidents were much more!
