Trump Supporters Angry with Pepsi- Abby Pryor 8th Period

Summary:
The people who support Donald Trump recently became angry with Pepsi because of a hoax that never happened. They are threatening to boycott the brand because of something that was supposedly said over the internet. Indra Nooyi, the CEO of Pepsi, was accused of telling Trump supporters to "take their business elsewhere". But, turns out, the websites that published this statement are designed to trick people into believing something that isn't true. Even Pepsi's stock declined 5% because of these rumors going around. Nooyi did not actually say these statements, but Trump supporters think otherwise.

Analysis:
I think that whoever reads these statements made on false websites should read more carefully, and find out the credibility of the source before threatening to boycott a brand. Pepsi is a big and successful brand that was brought down because people chose to believe something that wasn't true. You can't trust everything that you read on the internet.
