How To Make Iced Coffee Right - Zien Lin (P4)

Summary: 

  1. Mix 12 ounces of coarsely ground coffee in a container with 7 cups of water (the coarseness makes for a clear drink)
  2. Cover with a cheesecloth and let stand at room temp. for 15 hours
  3. Line a fine-mesh sieve with the cheesecloth over a container and pour the coffee through it without stirring
  4. Discard the cheesecloth with leftover solids
  5. Line the same sieve with a coffee filter and strain through it once more without stirring
  6. Cover and keep chilled
  7. Dilute 1 part coffee concentrate with 1 part milk/water over ice
  8. Enjoy
