Summary: Tommy Thorn, a high school wrestler wanted to quit the sport in first grade but decided to continue on with it. He wasn't big on competition but stuck with it and in within two years fell in love with the sport he considers his life. He is now on his way to the FILA Cadet World Championships.he has been in three weights classs, 103, 113, and 120 and maybe a fourth if he's successful during the final prep season. He holds two national titles, 2011 Cadet Trials and 2012 Junior Nationals. He told USA Today that you can never settle for what you are that you should always strive to be better.
Analysis: This sounds like every other high school student whose trying to get somewhere with their art or sport, they strive to be better, never settle for what they are, but we all know everyone has days. Not everyday is a good day and you're not always going to want to work hard, trust me I have a ton of those days. This just sounds like a cliche story of a boy who has dreams and wants to achieve them, just like me, just like you.
