Erinn Green- Police still searching for hit and run suspect
Dallas police are looking for the driver they say caused a crash that killed three women in Pleasant Grove. The mother and her two daughters died Friday evening at the corner of North Prairie Creek Rd and Dunlap St. A 2-year-old boy in the car survived and is still in the hospital.
The family says the boy, whose name is Saith, is in critical condition. He has two broken legs, but they're optimistic he will survive. They were out planning his birthday party when the crash happened.
26-year-old Araceli Romero was driving the car. Her sister, 28-year-old Judith and their mother 46-year-old Regina Romero were also in the vehicle.
Police say a man driving alone in a silver SUV was southbound on North Prairie Creek Rd when he crashed into the passenger side of the Romero's black Dodge.
Family members have plans to bury their family members in Mexico.
Dallas police say there are no updates in the case

This story is so upsetting. The fact that this person hit these people and didn't even bother to stop and check on the victims. I hope the police find this person and give them what they deserve.- Nia Edwards 4th period
