Gov shutdown keeping law thatll let ppl out of jail from working

Trump signed a bill that would let dudes out of jail if they good. But they gonna have to for the government shutdown and this new system to get enacted because the justice department ain't working. Literally the feds ain't getting paid send that risky text.
