Summary: People are expected to be protesting in the streets in Wisconsin in demand that David Clarke, the man who orders the immigration correction officers, ne removed. This is because the death of inmate Terrill Thomas is largely his fault. Clarke is best known for his support of Donald Trump and his harsh techniques. Thomas was moved to solitary confinement after using his cell mattress to flood his special needs cell. Because of neglect for Thomas, he was left in solitary for an entire week without any water and lost 35 pounds before tragically passing away. Three of Clarke's correctional officers were seen cutting off Thomas' water supply and never turned it back on. They also failed to report these actions or alert supervisors. Thomas's family is planning on filing a federal lawsuit for negligence.
Analysis: I think this incident is absolutely terrible and could have been avoided. The guards are clearly cruel and negligent. This is definitely a case for murder. These guards are 100% responsible for his death.
