Brittney Delpey: Is Baby Powder the New Carcinogenic?

This was written on May 12th by Daniel Jennings who works for Off the Grid News Staff. In this article, a woman contracted ovarian cancer after using Johnson & Johnson’s baby powder for a combined total of 40 years. Studies were linked to show that there have been relationships between talc and ovarian cancer and have been constantly showing consistent results since the 1970’s. It is believed that through constant exposure to talc, the risk of ovarian cancer increases by almost 40 percent. A jury awarded the woman with $110.5 million from Johnson and & Johnson to make up for the damages due to their negligence in the manufacturing of the product.
