Summary:
Sinclair is America's biggest owner of local television stations, and it is now on the rise. The company just bought Tribune Media, which values them at $3.9 billion. The Trump administration has been open and supported this company. This company is currently beating and buying out all of the other bigger television companies, such as Nexstar and 21st Century Fox. This station is known to have conservative support on air and has major ties to Republican politicians, which is resented by some people. The head of the Free Press said that the whole company is a "scandal" and will be sad whenever all the people have to see and write about is the Trump administration.
Analysis:
This doesn't really surprise me, considering who our President is currently. It seems like conservatism is taking over all of the media, and even non-conservatives are writing about it. Soon enough this kind of stuff will be happening in all types of media...and I think it has already begun.
