Summary: It may lead to more people without insurance. Insurance coverage and affordability would both go down. The plan replaces the Obamacare subsidies that help people buy insurance with fixed tax credits to buy coverage on the open market. Those most vulnerable to the new plan are the low income families. It gives the biggest tax cuts to people with higher incomes.
Analysis: Donald Trump still insists that his plan replacing Obamacare will be better by being more accessible and affordable. Though these plans are only the rough draft of what is store, they give a preview of how health care is intended to be under the Trump administration.

I mean I guess we shall see. I hope for the sake of America that Donald Trump can surprise us by being somewhat competent and helpful, but somehow I'm doubting that possibility.
