Brittney Delpey: FBI Destroys the Wrong House

                       This was written by Daniel Jennings who works for Off the Grid News. The author disagrees with the actions that took place. This article was written on November 4th 2016 regarding events that happened in Florida on a Thursday around 6 am in late October. This was written for citizens to inform them of actions the FBI took that went against peoples unalienable rights.

                     The FBI went to a guilty man's house and broke windows, doors, flooring etc. in the name of the law. Only problem was, it was the wrong house. A nice family who had no association with the guilty family were punished for living next door. The FBI claimed it wasn't their fault because the warrant had the wrong address. The owners of the house, Oscar Capps and his wife, Cathy Rhudes told the FBI they would have cooperated and let them in without there needing to be destruction. Now their $3,000 flooring was damaged along with other areas that are needed for their house. The couple was especially upset because now their 7 year old son doesn't have doors or windows. Worst part about all of this is the FBI refused to pay for the damages they caused.


Prior knowledge: I had no prior knowledge of this event. I'm not surprised the FBI raided the wrong home but I'm shocked they aren't going to pay for the damages they caused. This goes against the fourth amendment of the constitution.
