Sam Schwall- 1st period Marijuana Banking Bill Is Snuffed Out In Colorado

I read the article, Marijuana Banking Bill Is Snuffed Out In Colorado, by Scott Neuman for NPR. Marijuana laws are changing in our country. Selling is legal in Colorado, but there is no way to legally keep the money made. Plans have been made to address the issue and I believe that like any recently passed law, America will face a learning curve. There are many logical reasons why this law was passed but also more than a few issues that will need to be worked out for the law to be successful. Both parties have reservations but as this decision is set in stone, representatives will better understand the laws and their implications. Since marijuana is now controlled and the revenue isn't generated from the guy in the alley, attitudes will change. By the way, Colorado made $3.5 million from legal marijuana sales in its first month. Any oppositions?
