What mom left behind: Devon Travis

happy mothers day folks. CNN posted an article with attached pictures of a photographers story with the passing of her mother and all the insignificant to sentimental mementos to get over her grief. Jennifer Loeber's mother Elizabeth Anne Loeber passed away February of 2013, but Loeber couldn't get rid of all of her mom's day to day items as a sense of holding onto her grief. In order to find an outlook to make her grief diminish and her respect to her death grow, she took to instagram and "pic-stitched" (as the teens say nowadays) vintage pictures of her mother with the small trinkets she saved of her mothers, including a plastic hairbrush, perfume, and a lighter (her mom was a longtime smoker) The pictures are honestly heartfelt and makes you appreciate your mom while you've still got her.

It's awesome to see the power of social media flare up to put a tragedy of her mother into a memorial like tribute. The pictures are really pretty and simple, so you get a lot of its value out of it. Make sure you tell your moms you love them today, and maybe hold onto their belongings before it's too late. HMD:: especially you mrs. countryman!!!
