Abortion sally north

The Alabama Senate is set to vote on a new heartbeat bill which would be one of the most restrictive abortion laws in the country. The only reason it hasnt passed is because the removal of an exception in cases of rape or incest.

The main problems I see with this arguement are that a heartbeat can be detected as early as six weeks which is only 2 weeks late on your period, a rather common thing, the fact that you can now claim your fetus as your dependent starting from when it has a heartbeat, allowing for tax exemptions/refunds,the fact that if a fetus is a person at 6 weeks the father should start paying child support at 6 weeks because having a baby is insanely expensive, and we are supposed to keep religion out of government but this bill is spearheaded by primarily religious conservatives, so would that be a conflict of interest. Also, having a miscarriage should not result in you being charged with manslaughter.
