Supermoon -Alex Travell

http://www.cnn.com/2017/11/30/us/supermoon-2017/index.html

This week, astronomers(etc.) got the opportunity to gaze upon the first and only supermoon of 2017. This Sunday, the moon shined 16% brighter and appeared 7% larger tan usual. Last year, there was a supersized supermoon in November. That was the closest the moon had been to Earth since 1948.
There will be three full moon supermoons. The next two moon will be in January.
They say that the best time to watch these moons are right after sunset and right before sunrise. If you look at this time, the moon will seem as if it is even bigger and even brighter.

I love when things like this happen. I find space to be one of the most interesting things out there. We know so much, yet we barely know anything at all. This article makes me think about the big bang. Nobody truly knows how it happened, yet there are so many different theories. I don't know, it's just really interesting.
