On November the 7th Virginia elected the first openly transgender candidate to the Virginia House of Delegates. She won against Bob Marshall who has been elected 13 times over 26 years. she had 55.99% of the voters and he had 45.365 of them.
I'm glad she won because Marshall was very anti-LGBTQ and now in days most people are pro LGBTQ. She will really speak up for them and i just think she is gonna make great choices. http://www.cnn.com/2017/11/07/politics/danica-roem-virginia-transgender/index.html
