"The tiny Welsh car that runs on hydrogen and emits only water"
Riversimple is a small independent car manufacturer in Wales. They produce hand-made hydrogen vehicles. There is a big chance that these hydrogen cars could one day play a big role on how we get places. The car is called a Rasa.
"The odd-looking two-seater with butterfly doors takes three minutes to rl, has a 500 kilometer range, a top speed of 96km/hour, and the only tail pipe emission is water. "
"The Rasa has a motor in each of its four wheels, powered by hydrogen running through a fuel cell. When the hydrogen combines with oxygen it produces electricity to power the motors, as well as water as a byproduct."
"The car also has its own "super capacitors" to capture kinetic energy from braking as electricity, and convert it into power to assist with acceleration."
The Rasa looks very "futuristic", and could be a more effective form of transportation. It would help the environment very much! At the moment, production of these cars are very limited. Hopefully they will be able to expand.
THis car sound really cool and i would like to see how it moves and does to the environment.
