American Nazis post bigoted flyers on SMU campus- Katelyn Thompson

Over the weekend, five men from the Texas chapter of the American Nazi group, Vanguard, posted ten flyers around the SMU campus. The members said that they were simply trying to help stop the opioid epidemic, but the words on the flyers were much different. It said, "White men! Save you people. Reject the opioid beast!" The flyer also had two masked men giving the Nazi salute. Another flyer says, "misplaced pride", as well as false statistics about gay men. Vanguard American is listed as a White Supremacist group, but they prefer to be called a Nationalistic Social group. They believe that the United states should be an exclusively white nation.
HMMMMMM so this is happening. It should also be added that none of the men that participated do not attend SMU, but they said that SMU is a "bigger and more liberal place".  My analysis on this article was the fact how these groups have given up on trolling the internet to recruit more people, but have now started to post flyers, as if that will make an even bigger statement then them being "keyboard warriors", as the head of Vanguard America said. I also find it interesting how at this time in America, so much is happening. It's as if when 1 victim comes out with a sexual assault allegation, another white supremacist comes out and does something. I am just over the fact that people still believe that we are living in the 1940's in Germany. This article can also be related to the Nazi reign in Germany during the 1900's. During that time the Nazi's believed that the white race was the "superior" race and that any poc, member of the lgbtq+ community, or any diverse person was inferior. They would kill this "diversity" in cruel and unusual ways.
