Maggie Gibson CNN accused of censoring pro-Trump ad

    Trump's supporters have recently accused CNN of being biased and censoring for not airing an advertisement sharing the president's accomplishments.CNN said it was its own form of fake news. The ad declared he would be a candidate for reelection in 2020 and said "America has rarely seen such success". It also showed the faces of several newscasters and declared them fake news in bold letters. CNN said it requested the campaign remove the graphic of the newscasters being called fake news, saying mainstream media and not fake news, making the ad false. Trump's campaign manager said CNN was limiting and their free speech rights, and continued to run the ad on Fox news and Fox business. CNN has frequently been called fake news by Trump, who is an outspoken critic of mainstream media.
    CNN was in the right, I think. Though the article was completely unbiased, CNN was right. They shouldn't run things on their channel that are inflammatory and they shouldn't have to run anything that portrays them in a bad light. They have a right to say no for political reasons- it's their channel, and discrimination of no kind.
