Analysis : Reading through this excerpt it really made me upset because the man stated he blame her "provocative clothing." Honestly I think this has horrible reasoning to rape a little 8 year old. How sick could you be? This world is crazy I advise young ladies to always go in groups if you're walking alone. Never talk to Strangers especially if they look sketchy. Also always keep some type of communication device on you.
