13-year old Caleb Logan Bratayley, of the youtube channel Bratayley died of natural causes on Thursday. Braytayley was a family vlogging channel that documented the lives and experiences of the Braytayley family.

Those are all the facts I could pull from the first article. The Reddit thread described much more, but as it is a bunch of internet people speculating and debating I can't exactly trust it. The people on the post were questioning the phrase "died of natural causes" which they always took to mean when someone's body had just reached it's maximum for sustaining life. They were questioning why a 13-year old's body would've given up and the meaning of "natural causes". People explained that natural causes just means nothing external was going on and the person was otherwise healthy when they died. One person paraphrased it, "stuff was working then stuff stopped working" which is what happened to Caleb. His heart stopped beating and his body took that to mean his time was up. Fans have claimed they saw him checking his pulse during a recent video and that he was freaking out about the Hurricane (which I assume is Hurricane Joaquin.) His parents told him to calm down and take a nap. They found him unresponsive after checking in on him.

I found this interesting because usually when someone "dies of natural causes" we assume they are old, but it really means their heart stopped beating and they just die.
