Ben Carson: "Of course all lives matter--all lives including black ones"

Summary: Ben Carson, retired neurosurgeon and GOP 2016 candidate, said this week that “all lives matter,” including black lives, and called an exchange on the subject at Tuesday’s Democratic presidential debate typical of political correctness in the country.“Of course all lives matter — and all lives includes black lives,” Carson said on Wednesday evening’s “The Kelly File” on Fox News. Bernie Sanders counterargument with Carson by saying "black lives matters and other candidates agree that "all lives matters".
Analysis: The movement, Black Lives Matter was awaken in July 2013 incident of the shooting death of the African-American teen, Trayvon Martin with the conviction of George Zimmerman in Florida. The Black Lives Matter movement campaigns against police brutality against African-Americans. The 2014 deaths of two unarmed African Americans, teenager Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri and 43-year-old Eric Garner in New York City ; in both cases the grand jury did not indict the officers and no charges were brought. Several unarmed African Americans who died at the hands of law enforcement have had their deaths protested by the movement, including Tamir Price, Eric Harris, Walter Scott, Freddy Gray, Sandra Bland and many MORE UNARMED black people. Black Lives Matter Movement is empowering black people who have lost hope for themselves, for they are tired of this racism and inhuman acts against their people. This relates back to history, during the civil rights movement. The civil rights movement never ended to be honest, it continued and escalated throughout the years. Ben Carson is an UNCLE TOM. WHY DO WE HAVE TO ENFORCE THE BLACK LIVES MATTER MOVEMENT IF ALL LIVES MATTER??? EXACTLY.

The Black Lives Matter movement isn't stating that other lives don't matter, it's reminding people that the term "all lives matter" also refers to black lives. Some people are mad that others have started the All Lives Matter campaign in response to the Black Lives Matter campaign, taking away the whole message they were trying to convey. It's like the Feminist movement and then some people come up with the Menimist campaign in response, ruining the whole message of the movement.

I agree. He is an Uncle Tom. Why are you trying to downsize the importance of the Black Lives Matter Movement by trying to pull the All Lives Matter card, Mr Carson. See what you are doing is not giving the proper recognition to a problem that has been going on for hundreds of years. This problem also affected your ancestor too, Mister. I don't think this movement needs people like you commenting on matters you or others don't seem to understand the importance of and frankly don't even care to understand. Thank you, sir.
