Preschools can't all be the same

In this article, it talks about Obama wanting preschool to be mandatory for all children. However, as great as this sounds, not every preschool can be the same. The author of this article mentions that every school is funded either by parents or the government, and if the school doesn't receive enough money then the school sadly won't be so great, meaning a poor education for the students. Early education isn't a bad thing but a not-so-great one is.

It sounds nice knowing that Obama wants to make early education mandatory, but if there are conflicts that are stopping this education from being a good one, then I'm against it being mandatory. If it's forced upon a child for them to enroll in preschool and that school is a terrible one then the student will have started their education off on the wrong foot.

Not all preschools are created equal
