Summary ~
The family of a Florida mad who was allegedly drunk when he crashed his car is suing Tiger Woods, his girlfriend and his restaurant company. Saying that they should have prevented him from drinking too much and from driving to his death. Nicholas 24 Guyer December 10 near the community of Port Salerno about 20 miles from the Woods Jupiter restaurant and bar when he crashed. He worked as a bartender at woods restaurant. His parents said he had finished his shift (3pm) and began drinking and then died.

Prior Knowledge: I did not know about this until today. I hope his family recovers from this horrible incident. This reminds me of the 18th amendment how they prohibited the sale of consumption of alcohol due to religious purposes. Later the law was ratified and soon there was laws that prohibits people from driving under the influence.
