Grandma hits Granddaughter in face with slipper

     Florida grandma, 95, arrested for slapping granddaughter, 45, with her slipper. Grandma claims that her granddaughter started yelling, cussing, at her and wouldn't get out the bed and leave the home so she yelled back and smacked her with her shoe. Her granddaughter, on the other hand, says that her grandmother started the confrontation first. The grandma, after the confrontation, called the police in order to get her granddaughter out of the house but instead got arrested. The police claim that the domestic violence law requires an arrest while defense attorney, Don Dempsey, says that the arrest is not required. 

     Grandma had to spend the night at the police station the night she got arrested. Now there is some disagreement over whether or not it was right to arrest the grandma especially since there was no harm done with the slipper and she's no threat to anyone. Honestly, I dont think she should've gotten arrested because she's freaking 95 yrs old and was just being a grandma.
