Supreme Court Rules for Death Row Inmate Betrayed by His Lawyer

Summary:

 On monday the supreme court gave the death row sentence to Robert Mcoy. He had told his lawyer he was innocent but instead his lawyer pursued a different strategy to help him gain the juries credibility. He was then accused of three murders and his lawyer was at fault for his sentence.

Analysis:

  I personally believe that the lawyer had no right to change the strategy. He should have discussed it with his client before going forward with it. This relates to history  because the jury gave him his miranda rights but his attorney failed him.
