On May 14th,2018 Israeli military forces killed 55 people who were protesting the opening of the U.S. Embassy that is located in Jerusalem. Up to 2,770 people may have been injured in a dangerous collision. Many people were killed leading to be the most killings since the summer of 2014 where 2,000 people died. The US is blaming the deaths on the Hamas group. This reminds me of the Haymarket square riot because in that riot there was a bomb that exploded and in this protest many people tried to set off bombs in the protest.
