Craig Fleming 6-5

A new policy under the Trump administration has decided that anyone caught crossing the border can be prosecuted regardless of their asylum condition. This is a result of the Department of Justice's Zero Tolerance policy for illegal border crossings. This means that more adults who are prosecuted can be separated from their children. I don't think that people who are trying to find safety should be charged ass criminals for trying to do so. This can be related to the time in the early 1900's where the U.S adopted a strict policy against immigration and became isolated.
