Monday morning, First Lady Melania Trump underwent a surgical procedure for a “benign kidney condition.” The White House said the procedure was successful and there were no complications. She is currently at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, where she will remain this week. She is expected to make a full recovery.
President Trump visited her in the hospital and tweeted about the experience, thanking those who wished the First Lady well. Melania jad an embolization procedure on her kidney. The procedure blocks the blood supply that feeds the kidney and can be used to stop growth or bleeding from a benign tumor. The Johns Hopkins guide said it is used to make it easier for a surgeon to remove the kidney if needed.

A Dallas doctor stated that if this were any other person, they would be in and out in a day. Plus, if the medical condition really is “no big deal” , why is it necessary for her to remain in the hospital, especially right after the launch of her children’s kindness campaign.
