Summary: Monday, the Supreme Court decided that the Third Version of President Trump’s travel ban was constitutional and could be upheld. This comes after 2 previous rejections of separate versions of the same ban. The majority of countries’ people will not be able to permanently emigrate to the US, but some may visit the US for certain periods of time with enhanced screening.
Opinion: This action is rediculous. The travel ban is completely unethical and outrageous. Not only does. Is hurt foreign policy, this hurts the aviation industry and the US economy!!!
What the heck? How does any of that seem constitutional? None of anything that involves a travel ban seems constitutional. There is a right to travel anywhere people want to go that ban seems to not allow that. This doesn't seem constitutional in my opinion.
