AirForce Prepares Defense for North Korea-Victoria Gonzalez Current Event

After numerous warning signs about North Korea developing weapons the US has been taking measures to ensure a better defense system. One example is military labs in New Mexico, as well as as anew program called CHAMP, or Counter-electronics High Power Microwave Advanced Missile Project. The idea is to send a missile that is able to send out electronic waves the completely disconnects and disables the enemies controls and abilities to attack with missiles. Mary Lou Robinson, the head of CHAMP told NBC News, "It absolutely did exactly what we thought it was going to do." She also stated that she predicts, "100% accuracy" but while these were promised to be nonlethal, they have their own drawbacks. Since North Korea would assume these are actual missiles, chances are they would shoot these down causing them to explode and read havoc on North Koreans below. Despite this, I think it's the fact that we're trying nonlethal weapons when North Korea is clearly trying to attack us. I think this is a good idea even though North Korea may believe they're anything other than nonlethal.
