Leslie Z-A day without immigrants

Ever since president Donald trump was elect president people from all over the US have shown their disgust.Just recently thousand of activists in Wisconsin participated in the so called''Day without Latinos '' so they could prevent the tracking down of undocumented immigrants. The march was organized after  Sherriff David Clarke expressed his deputies in immigration and enforcement costumes on Donald's executive order.Together, latinos and supporters protested along cities across Wisconsin. Community members and supporters were advised to close businesses, avoid purchases, and to stay away from work and school.Members of Voces De La Frontera stated, ''what we want to show is a united front against the hateful policies led by Mr.Trump''. Acoording to Neuman -Ortiz more that 150 businesses were reported closed to assist the rally.

The article was written by NBC News to help us inform the community about the recent events around the world.''A day without immigrants the beginning of a movement against the polices''  said Garcia, one of the members of Voces De La Frontera. Not too long ago we had the civil right movement, it started with a silenced crowd who too long waited from equality and recognition as U.S citizens.Even though African Americans gained equality from the government perspective, their rights were and still are challenged by racism.Even if the US has comed a long way from the precolonial times there's still so much that needs to be changed. In my opinion it is now the time for everyone to practice their right and show support to our fellow people, to demonstrate that our differences are strengths and that there's no color or race that makes us illegal.
