Summary: Donald Trump is finally on his descent of the polls. His vote has, so far, dropped 7 percent in New Hampshire and 5 percent in Iowa. He is beginning his descent, yet he doesn't seem worried in the tiniest bit. He continues to state that he is winning by a landslide across the board. He disregards this sudden drop in the polls and focuses on talking about foreign affairs with Russia and the Middle East.
Analysis: I can't decide if Trump is trying to avert the subject because he is truly afraid that he is dropping in the polls, or if he is that oblivious that he is on his downfall. When reading this, I see that this often happens in politics. The people favor somebody heavily and suddenly they change their minds. You can see this in US history through John Winthrop. He was constantly being replaced as governor and then being re-elected.

I hope people are coming to the realization that Trump is not a good choice for presidency because he wants to run this country more like a business because that's all he has experience with and realize that his views are very flawed and problematic (Bella Di Fazio pd:8)
ReplyDeleteIT IS ABOUT TIME HE'S HEADED DOWN. His shock value's wearing off and people are realizing it's only 13 months before the actual next President is chosen. It matters where those other votes are going, but the important thing is tat they aren't going to Donald Trump.
ReplyDeleteHopefully he's just oblivious to his own decline, if that's the case, maybe he'll stay unfazed until he's dropped too far in the polls too far into 2016 to reclaim any of his followers.
