Scientists disagree about the next climate report (sydney c, 5th)

The Intergovernmental Panel of Climate Change is meeting in Japan to discuss their upcoming report on the effects of global warming, the first of its kind in 7 years.
They made a report on climate change a while ago at a conference in Stockholm, which was pretty vague, essentially stating that climates are changing and that people are probably causing it.

The upcoming report is rumored to be less vague.  Leaked documents involve the rise of the oceans, the flooding of foreign shores, the poleward migration of sea animals escaping increasingly acidic waters, and the like.  Science people have predicted the future like this up to the next decade.  However, many other scientists believe the assumptions made in this report are too alarmist.

Hopefully they'll figure something out in Japan.

  1. Byron Otis- The IPCC certainly sounds official. I hope it is able to make some trends clearer, and I especially hope it makes known some possible solutions.
