Miranda Barbour, commonly known as the Craigslist Killer, for having found a man via Craigslist, a website allowing one to find people for a variety of services, and strangling him with her husband in their car, "for the thrill," has admitted to having killed in Alaska, Florida, and North Carolina, apart from her previous, known murder. I have to wonder about her motives in all of this. Many doubt her legitimacy. Is she desperate for attention? Is she a killer with a heavy conscience? Little can be known until authorities find some sort of body linking her to the murders she admits to, though she claims that cannot happen, because she chopped the body parts up, and most of the time hid them in places nearly inaccessible.
How morbid. And how appropriate for the age of information to have a "Craigslist Killer".
