According to this article it's a problem that many U.S. citizens do not know their rights as to what they can freely. Through given test results came up that many citizens (37 percent to be exact) don't even know the first amendment while others could only name one. What also came up is that just because some may know it doesn't fully mean they know what it means. Stating the fact that many citizens don't know that freedom of religion applies to all people, not just who they choose. By people not knowing their rights is how "higher" people are able to walk over them and control most people.
