Protest in St. Louis erupt over the trial of ex-police officer Jason Stockley, a caucasian male on trial for the murder of an african-american male. While most Protest have been peaceful, many people have resorted to violence, destroying property and attacking officers.

I can understand the frustrations brewing in the souls of the citizens of St. Louis, but by no means does that justify the aggression some of the protesters are showing towards their city. If we practice peace we will actually have a better voice in our government, and build a future where trials like this never come to be.
