A death row inmate was reward a new trial by supreme court after it was proven that his lawyer claimed him guilty without his permission. The suspect was charged with second-degree murder after his lawyer went against his wishes and pled guilty. I am glad that the supreme court offered him a second chance because it is important that he would get a second chance if he is actually innoncent. It is sad that the lawyer would go against the wishes of their employer especially because the consequence is death
