Kenley Turner 3rd- Refugee who fled ISIS 'capital': Kids patrolled streets with AK-47's

Summery: A smuggler led a family of five out of Raqqa, Syria into Turkey for less than $500. The family had to avoid ISIS checkpoints in order to avoid getting caught. The terror for civilians in Syria is not only from ISIS, but from other countries attempting to destroy ISIS, although ISIS has basically ruined the city of Raqqa. Kids are no longer able to attend school there, so families are leaving in attempt for safety and a better life. Kids are being trained in ISIS camps and potroll the streets with AK's. An ISIS refugee was asked if US could beat ISIS with air strikes, and he said its going to take much more than that.

Analysis: This is obviously a terrible state that non-ISIS civilians have to endure. It is true terror, and they are most likely living a lie just to stay safe. The voyage to escape Syria is extremely dangerous as well, and i cannot even imagine having to go through that. I cannot even imagine being a slave from the south, having to escape to Canada, and the repercussions in that scenario are far less intense than what would happen if a family got caught by ISIS. That would probably involve torture and murder of children. The only way to make sure these families stay safe, is if several countries unite, to make sure all the refugees are out safely, and then use military force to destroy the terrorist group. The issue is, how?
