julie shilling p.4 Donald Trump banning Muslims

Hatred among many Muslims for Americans is “beyond comprehension,” Mr. Trump said in a statement that the United States needed to confront “where this hatred comes from and why. “Until we are able to determine and understand this problem and the dangerous threat it poses, our country cannot be the victims of horrendous attacks by people that believe only in jihad, and have no sense of reason or respect for human life,” Mr. Trump said.
I agree with Mr Trump , however I think His idea may be too strong, but I think something jarring is very helpful in leading to a national debate in how big this problem is, and how dangerous it is. Religious freedom has been a very important part of our history, I do not think that every Muslim should be banned from entering the country, but at this time restrictions like the one Mr. Trump proposed "just not as over the edge" do need to be put in place. Remember that an over reaction can be just as bad as an under reaction. However Something dramatic does need to be done very soon to prevent things from getting even worse.

  1. I agree with you as well. Despite the fact that most terrorists are Muslims does not give is the right to stereotype all of these people this way.
