The supreme court sides with the death row inmate in racial discrimination case. In Washington Dc the supreme court ruled that the death of an inmate over race discrimination. The inmate was Timothy Tyrone Foster, and african american for murdering a white woman. This was posted today and if you synthesize back to the civil rights movement when the black where accused for doing thing that they didn't do or just because they where standing next to a white man. Thomas agued that the supreme court owed more deference to the lower court ruling that prosecutors had race neutral reasons for striking specific.I think that this man has the right to ask for a new jury and he should have an equal trail and not a judgmental jury because he is african american. Also I feel that since we have been fighting for black freedom and we are still having issues with people treating people equal.
