With an increase in illegal use of opioid drugs, the number of people to die of overdose has also increased. Students at Harvard school of medicine have created a sort of antidote for this poison. They have even begun to teach other students to administer it themselves. The antidote, however, requires special clearance to administer it. These students have also gone to the government to grant easier access by patients suffering from opioid overdose.

This remarkable discovery is extremely beneficial to the "War on Drugs." The key to winning this "war" isn't through prison and a lifetime of punishment. The key to winning is giving help to those who have been ruined by illegal drugs. These revolutionary students are the next big steps in curing the American drug crisis.
