Karen Scheove posted an add to sell an housebroken Bison on craiglist. The price for it was 5,960, but she got many offers above the amount asked. She named the bison bullet and said money wasn't the biggest factor, a loving home with human interaction was.Her reason for selling buller was that she dreamed of having an animal education center until her and her former husband separated, then her dreams were crushed and she had to downsize her living arrangement. She found bullet a home a few miles away; a couple with an open pasture and 2 cows for bullet to interact with. As Karen was leaving, bullet came running over to say her goodbyes.
The bison had to be something special to her because of the essentials that she requested for her. Karen was a true animal lover and it was sad that she had to sell bullet because of the circumstances that she was involved in, but it is very sweet that she found a nice home for something that she cared about, and she can go see her whenever she wants.
